Serves 4 people as a dessert or even a breakfast with added nuts and seeds.
- 300 grams of frozen strawberries
- 4 tbsps natural Greek organic dairy or unsweetened soy or coconut yoghurt
- 0.5-1 desertspoon of raw honey or maple syrup
- NB. Go for a ‘probiotic’ yoghurt to support your gut.
All you need to do to make this gorgeous dessert is to blitz it all up in a blender.
Depending on your blender this can take time. I find it is easier to add a few strawberries gradually.
Serve immediately, garnishing with a sprig of mint.
