Vitality at Work

Give your teams the opportunity to learn how to use food to support emotional and mental health, brain health, energy, immune health, digestive support, healthy weight and healthy high street eating.

Material can be tailored to the needs of your group or we can adapt an existing presentation.  

Group sizes range from 6 people to 300.

Each participant will set their own goals so they leave the workshop with a plan to make achievable changes to every day food choices.

Learn which foods support or impact on energy, relaxation, production of feel good hormone serotonin and sleep hormone melatonin. 

Meal plans and recipes for one meal of the day (to be chosen by the delegates).

Feed Your Immunity

Do you find it difficult to shake off colds or viruses? Would you like ideas of how to support  your immune system? 

Discover key nutrients for immune health with ideas of how you can add them into all your meals. Learn which foods that may negatively impact your immune health and why.

Each participant will set their own goals so they leave the workshop with a plan to make achievable changes to every day food choices.

Sessions may include advice about catering for lunches, canteens, snack bars and refreshments
